Two  Haiku's from 2003

written April 2-2003

1.)
By the Red River
shadows gathering day's end
thoughts too large to hold.

(the Red River being the Red River
of the North)

***********************************************************
2.)

Sunlight is silence
the world seems much too large when
thoughts become shadows.
