My heart hangs low on this cold night
and yet, within there is a glow that flickers. Like a mirror it reflects a different world
shadows cast separate and mingle and yet become as one soul
am I hearing the voices of the lost souls, or just my own thought from within?
My heart hangs deep tonight
as tears depart from inner heart into no where
for no where is where hell has taken me these last years
I fear life isn't like it used to be
nor can it be put back to right
