'' Eternal Life ''
Do not cry do not weep,
It's time for me to go to sleep,
I hear you ask how does he know,
Can he be sure it's time to go?
Within myself I feel no fear,
My future now is crystal clear,
I tell you now I've seen the light,
It's distant yet it shines so bright.
Whilst here I tried my best,
Does that mean I'll pass that test?
That is not for me to say,
I'll just enjoy my final day.
Eternal life to some is a dream,
Used to build up self-esteem,
They say to all this dream applies.
Who am I to say its lies?
Live in hope or die in despair,
It all depends on how much you care,
Each life is different yes unique,
While some are strong others are weak.
While here on Earth do make a fuss,
How we live is up to us,
Would you walk past if someone fell?
Or would you say, go to Hell.
Our ability to care we mustn't smother,
It's our duty to help each other,
It doesn't matter if you're young or old,
A lack of respect will leave you cold.
As I now exhale my final breath,
I'm not afraid there is no death,
I'm in a world of joy where there's no strife,
I've earned the gift of,
‘' Eternal Life ‘'
