'' Human Beings Are To Blame ''
Our planet as we know it,
Is coming to an end,
That lack of care we showed it,
It's disaster we vend.
Corrupted by greed,
We've taken all she offers,
We'd forgotten about need,
Just to fill our coffers.
Money made us all blind,
Why didn't we see,
We have over mined,
We've polluted the sea.
The sky's turning black,
There's no oxygen to breathe,
The clocks can't go back,
It does make you seethe.
Though the truth sears,
We refused to listen,
Mother nature's tears,
Are all that now glisten?
What we have taken,
Cannot be put back,
All life we've forsaken,
We are now on the rack.
As the terrible storms,
Tear out Earths heart,
A burning planet forms,
From life we depart.
Though we faced damnation,
We never felt shame,
There was no salvation,
