oh lord , help me to hold back my talk:
help me lord to pray and confide,in you and silently walk:
let me be more quiet and silent now and focus on myself:
let me strive every minute of the day, to work on my health:
oh lord let this day ahead, be mine:
within myself let me shine:
i know the race ahead that i must run:
i know all battles through christ are conquered and won:
