Reset
The statement was rude, the reaction was wrong
Now a negative environment is born
Blood begins to boil, attitudes swell
When pride puffs up, this can’t end well
So before words and actions sow deep regret
Step back from the situation and hit reset
Disconnect and let that energy purge
Before the heat causes a surge
And all the circuits begin to fry
In time you won’t even remember why
Replay it on your mental screen
Take time to view the bigger scene
There are most likely principalities in this
Powers that are so often missed
Motives far beyond clear view
Past, present, and future too
There is more to what is seen
An often dark and deeper meaning
Slow to speak, slower to wrath
Even slower to travel down angers path
Before seeing that journey through
Imagine what Jesus would do
“I heard you out, will you now hear me”
He said politely to the Pharisees
“Let us reason together” the Father said
I’ll make white what once was red”
The greatest ever system reset
Now who are we not to forget?
So before the devil has his day
Reset and do it the Lords way
