Mom Remained to Be the Disciplinarian

The continuity of our home was with Mom holding the reigns.
There is no other way to say it for Mom knew what was needed and what wasn't.
If a time of discipline was true then she gave it.
One time Mom picked a poison ivy switch and gave me a whipping.
This was before it became so bad and everything went haywire.
There was a time of love with the switching that Mom gave me for I had to learn  a valuable lesson.
I thank Mom for being the continuity today and understanding of doing right with whatever means she had to punish me.
I feel Mom will have another opportunity to rule over people as Mom did with us.
It is only right for us to be disciplined for the wrong we do.
To not do something we have no love at all.
Don't allow someone to tell  you to not punish your children when they do something wrong.
If you love them you are to discipline them as God does for His children.
This is something we must be  acutely aware of and do right.
God will not be happy with an erring child but one who is; in line and serving Him.
