First I would like to thank
The Poetic Bear who loves to write
For his kind words about my poetry
We are all Brothers dare I add Sisters
Who pour are hearts out in poetic verse
In that vein I would like hope
that those who lost loved ones
Who seem to be buried in bad weather
Are all safe from the wrath of an unusual Winter
What a turn around this year has become
February, cold, in the far west morning Sun
It is raining but a warm comforting rain
The South and Northeast buried in snow
I would miss the four season not the ice
Me saying I feel for you no real comfort I know
Especially if you are brought up in a warmer winter
Bad back and all three days I have worked in the yard
Confused, it it really planting season?
The ground opening up and exposing a poetic garden
The mountains bare of snow and ski season on hold
But I haven't forgotten all those suffering the cold
February and April flowers are beginning to bloom
If nothing changes it well be for me spring soon
But for me even in pain you well have to pardon
That I feel so blessed her working in a poetic garden
