Winter's Chill Brings Back Memories

The time I am referring is back in 1989 of our big snow.
It was a time the fence which was nearly six feet was all covered with the exception of the very top.
The lights had gone out for days and it was most cold.
Dad and Mom had to go to Greenville, NC for an appointment.
They left Sunday afternoon going west.
Winter's chill is most certainly a part of this time.
Snow everywhere you would look.
It made one feel like they were a child again.
The fun to have the snow cream was a hit for myself.
The more snow I was able to bring into the house the more snow cream.
These days are forver gone and can't get them back but did have a great time while they were here.
We can praise the Lord for this as it is His  work that He did and does.
There is always a place for God to fit and participate with what happens to us no matter what it may be.
