Ten Years and One Month Ago

Today is the remembrance of Dad being called Home.
He had dementia at the end of his life and not responsible for what he did.
I have gained this knowledge for I too live; in  a nursing home.
Thankfully, I do know where Dad is today for he is; in Heaven.
Years ago he agreed to confess his sins and ask Jesus to save him.
His wish was granted and it was a glad day for all concerned.
Dad was never a bad person but did have some hang ups.
Later he gave his life to the Lord and was born again.
I know where Dad is today and thanks to Jesus will go to meet him up there.
There is  peace and contentment for us to be born again and reside with Jesus.
I am so much better off than I would be without Him.
Do everything  you know how to do to honor God at every turn.
Don't forget ahead without the Lord being by your side.
This is not the way to go as; in being alone for we must  travel with Jesus.
