Kiss Of Winter(A Kiss~Gift~Winter) By Cynthia Jones, www.PoetryPoem.com/poetryandshortstories10 Unlock all Features - Upgrade to Poetry Prime
The Fairies are outside
playing in the snow,
I watch them skate and dance
and flutter to and fro.
They enjoy playing in Winter
even though the air is cold,
they want me to join them
they're hearts are full of gold.
One greets me at the door
gives me a kiss on the cheek,
he giggles, as he flits away
I thought my day would be bleak.
They tell me this is their gift
from them and straight to me,
they want my days to be bright
filled with love and glee.
The kiss of Winter touches me
it warms me to the heart,
I join in on the Fairies fun
hoping we will never be apart.
