We are in for another storm
the wind blows around outside,
it feels extremely cold
I have to find a place to hide.
Wind greets me at the back door
it wish it would warm up a bit,
I'm hoping Spring will be here soon
I don't like it, when Winter hits.
Why can't it be much warmer?
I get tired of putting up with the cold,
the roads are still so very slippery
last night, we got some more snow.
I don't mind Winter, at times
but, the cold has taken me down,
I used to love the picturesque view
I once had a smile, now all I can do is frown.
I try to invent ways to do something
maybe I will take some time to bake,
I will get around to making my cookies
or even try to bake a homemade cake.
I have to find a place to hide
I feel like going into the corner and crying,
it's too cold outside to anything
March comes in like a lion.

Well, I figured I might as well write something, to keep my mind off the cold outside.
