'' Chinese Whispers Don't Lie ''

I'll tell you a story,
I swear it's true,
Though it's quite gory,
I need to tell you.

I got it from Doris,
It's filled with lust,
She got it from Boris,
Who can be unjust.

The details are cloudy,
Which can hide the truth,
So don't get too rowdy,
It can be uncouth.

I'll make this declaration,
No malice intended,
Tales without foundation,
Cannot be amended.

The story started,
When John met Grace,
The facts soon departed,
When discussing the case.

Grace and John,
Were enjoying some fun,
Having it on,
When all's said and done.

Billy and Jane,
Their husband and wife,
Hated the pain,
They detested the strife.

Though good friends,
Their lives were in tatters,
Gossip never ends,
Truth is what matters.

Living was terrible,
Life became a chore,
It was so unbearable,
Billy and Jane are no more.

Before Grace and John knew it,
The story had grown,
The truth they'd blew it,
The seeds had been sown.

Now when out for a walk,
They pass each other by,
The reason they don't talk,

‘' Chinese Whispers Don't Lie ‘'

OR DO THEY?
