Cherokee Pride Arizona Stride®
I wanna go back to
Ar-i-zo-na with My Pooh,
where we painted the desert together
and brought back a piece of tumbleweed to keep 4ever!
The sun painted desert on fire there
but we lent our passion to share,
couldn't just let it go
had to lend more beauty so!
And then later we saw Mark Lindsay in person
it was like he was singing to us In Heaven,
he was so handsome and tall
we sang along we had a ball!
We saw him just around this time
Me And My Partner In Rhyme,
My Sweetie fixed up my tambourine all beaded perfectly
and Mark loved it too said how fitting and nifty!
We even got to see the front man Paul Revere
sadly the world lost him last year,
but they were in full force that day
and both of us joined in and sang away!
Now I'm not doing his tambourine justice here
only You could do it so My Dear,
but y'all get the gist
of the talent He never missed!
To say He was good with his hands i can testify
and oh what He did to me:aye yai yai,
but we won't get into that only in imagination be best
and me in my dreams I'll have the rest!
