 FIGHT
Why do I get up
and even though
I am sleepy
and even though
I am sore
Why do I get up
and work out
anyway?

Because I am more
tired of being
sick and tired
because I am done
with being poor
in body, mind and
spirit…

I have had enough
I have had my fill
of the pity party
and the woes are
me.

Only when you are
DONE
will you get up
and fight,
FIGHT being sleepy
FIGHT being tired
FIGHT being sick
FIGHT for being happy
over being right
that your own
attitude
sucks…
LIFE doesn't suck
how we have chosen
(up to this point)
to respond to it
has sucked.

So decide when you
are full
Decide when you
have had
enough.
Your comfortable routine
is nothing but a slow
suicide chamber,
like a frog
who sits
in boiling water
until it is
too late.

WAKE UP…
Get out now…
FIGHT the urge to stay
and die slowly…

FIGHT so you
can LIVE.
All else
is suicide
in slow motion.
