Gift Of Spring

I saw a speck of green,
Green rising and peeping up from the ground.
I immediately thought of you,
You would want to plant,
Seasons come and go.
Changes of the seasons;
New birth, growth
To dig deep into the earth,
Turning the soil,
To fertilize, nourish,
Provide, care for-
To lift up, bring forth-
A new beginning,
To cause to flourish,
To cultivate,
To spread beauty and peace.
A beautiful and bountiful gift of spring.

In dedication to my dear loving husband. My friend and soul mate. I will always cherish
wonderful memories of you. Our music will never die.
