 God's Love Through Poetry

I Stand In Awe Of You

Father, I stand in awe of You
with a joyful reverent fear
even when trials come
I know in my heart your near.

For I know in my spirit
You are working  in Your time
no matter how tall the moutain
You are with me when I climb.

As humans satan always tries
diverse temptations and fears
but with Your strength and songs
it makes satan disappear.

There is no place You will not walk
as I travel this earthly sod
for my prayers are always answered
I find comfort inYou my Awesome God.
