Welcome to My Poetry Site
Do we count our lives in days,
hoping for tomorrow,
Do we pass the chance,
to help someone else,
and say its not our problem.
Could we give a friend a call
and ask how their doing.
Do we only think of self,
and give not another thought.
Can we tell ourselves,
we've got no time for this or that,
for anyone at all.
Or are we just kidding ones self,
hiding away from life.
The more time we waste away,
the less time in our lives.
