Always love sincerely,
But hate what is evil;
Hold good very dearly,
Keeping from the devil.
Devote to each other,
You time and your treasure;
Each sister and brother,
Is lovingly pleasure.
Always show your respect,
Unto one another;
Never try to reject,
The views of your brother.
Try not to be lazy,
In showing devotion;
And your thoughts not hazy,
Curbing your emotion.
But use your energy,
While serving the Lord;
Trusting the liturgy,
To show He is adored.
Be confident and glad,
Be patient with trouble;
Feel joy rather than sad,
Not to trip or stumble.
Share with God what you got,
And those who are in need;
Help with what they have sought,
And able to succeed.
Be hospitable too,
Do not curse anyone;
Bless who persecutes you,
The same as with the Son.
Be glad with who is glad,
Living in one accord;
Be sad with who is sad,
As one worship the Lord.
Do not be arrogant,
But friendly and humble;
Spiritually elegant,
Not trying to grumble.
