I bow down upon my knees,
In the presence of the Lord;
Being humbled is to please,
To the one I have adored.
For I kneel before the Father,
From whom all up in Heaven;
On His right is our Brother,
Whose name that we are given.
I am asking God to give,
You a gift upon the wealth;
Of His glory so you live,
With a good spiritual health.
I pray that He would give you,
Your inner strength and power;
Through His Spirit always true,
As it deepens each hour.
Through faith Christ will live in you,
Able to dwell in your heart;
Guiding in all that you do,
And giving you a new start.
I pray that love finds its way,
Roots you into solid ground;
So you do not go astray,
And you mind remaining sound.
That gives you a foundation,
For your faith to build upon;
Prepared for your salvation,
Seeing the new day to dawn.
For all the people of God,
Enabled to understand;
How should you honor and laud,
And to obey each command.
So how wide, long, high and deep,
Is the love that comes from God;
And just how much will it reap,
It is sincere not a fraud.
His love goes beyond knowledge,
And I pray that you are filled;
With the love to acknowledge,
That you have been so instilled.
