 Sir Ricky's Inspirational Poetry Corner

poetryofadove

Do not be ignorant,
About the ones who died;
Rather be tolerant,
Pushing grieving aside.

So you have to believe,
As well as you must cope;
You do not have to grieve,
Like there would be no hope.

We believe Jesus died,
And then came back to life;
Some with no belief cried,
Caught up in all the strife.

But we believe through Christ,
God will bring others back,
No one is sacrificed,
If faith they did not lack.

They will come back with Christ,
If they did fall asleep;
And faith has been sufficed,
For salvation to reap.

I say what the Lord trained,
If you are still alive;
Those sleeping are attained,
First when Christ does arrive.

Those who have died before,
Will be first that will go;
And be led through the door,
To where glory does flow.

For the Lord will descend,
When the trumpet does sound;
We are nearing the end,
And will be Heaven bound.

We who are still alive,
Will then go in the cloud;
Others He will deprive,
For no faith in the crowd.

Comfort them with these words,
Grieve not on others gone;
They fly above the birds,
Waking to a new dawn.
