Mom Would Protect Me From Harm

Mom had many great qualities about herself; it is hard to name them all.
She gave all she could ever give to keep me protected and happy.
After Mom's conversion she became an emissary for Jesus and for whom He could count upon.
There was a man, in my life, one time that I had a love to offer him.
With this not being right and most sinful Mom wanted to see it end.
Tenaciously I held on as  hard as I could but alas the man stopped seeing me.
I was crushed at the time but accept it today and know it was the right thing.
Mom was there to pick up the pieces that surely fell all around me.
I felt I wasn't desirous to anyone so I remained single.
This is the time I had to wake up and smell the coffee.
Living right today I am contented with being alone.
Mom is still protecting me from harm of all sorts and is ever with me.
