All Is Well

When you're made to be the bad guy
But are, in reality, the victim...
You may wonder at the justice
And may actually get sick from

All the faulty accusations,
The deception...all the lies!
Revenge rises to the surface
While something deep within you dies.

But...God has given you a Word
And getting evens' not the way.
So you nip that righteous anger
In the bud and then you pray.

You're remembering God's question
Of whom would you rather be?
The ones who have rejected you?
Or the one He has set free?

Yes, it hurts when you're misunderstood
And someone turns things all around
To make it seem like you're the one
Who has let the the others down.

You're seen as the troublemaker
When you simply speak your mind...
When you've grown weary of the ugliness...
Of being treated so unkind.

When you have turned the other cheek
Far too many times to count...
Been the matt for some to walk on...
Been the jackass that some mount.

There comes a time God says enough
And He gives you a sure Word.
It lights up in your spirit man
Like none you've ever heard.

So, no matter what the world may think...
Or of the tales that they may tell...
You know your Father knows the Truth
And you know that All Is Well!

~~AUTHOR'S NOTE~~
If you have been wrongly accused of something (or even if you're
sorely misunderstood), know that God knows. He not only knows
He has the power to make the truth known. Let Him fight
this battle for you. Let Him expose the finger-pointers. No amount of
convincing, arguing or cajoling another party to believe you
can do the work that simple prayer can do.
Yes, we should be responsible enough to try to clear the air.
After that, the battle is the Lord’s. If you have
been the victim (fingers pointed at ) of a  squabble
that has gone on and on... and you bear the brunt of
responsibility...are seen as the one in the wrong
when, in truth, you have been wronged....accused of not caring,
of not being there for others. If lies have painted you in the wrong
light....and some actually believe those lies....your Father knows better.
If you've suffered rejection ....have been left out of events, ignored,
whispered about...then you can relate to this poem
My sister and I shared our situation with some women at a prayer
meeting one night....and God had a Word for us. The Word given  was
"Whom would you rather be...you....or the ones who have rejected you?
Do they know Me as well as you know Me? Do they walk in My anointing?"
And , of course, we would not want to be them. This Word set us free...and
this poem is for setting the record straight....and telling the gossiping
tongues that the problem is theirs...because with us All Is Well!

Romans 12:19
Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but [rather] give place
unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance [is] mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

Isaiah 54:17
No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper;
and every tongue [that] shall rise against thee in judgment
thou shalt condemn. This [is] the heritage of the servants
of the LORD, and their righteousness [is] of me, saith the LORD.

Proverbs 11:9
An hypocrite with [his] mouth destroyeth his neighbour:
but through knowledge shall the just be delivered.
