Beautiful Disaster

That Girl

You see her
Walking down the hall
She looks like
She's got it all
But do you see her
Home at night
When she settles down
And starts to write
Only then can you see
Her true beauty shine
Passion floods the paper
There aren't enough lines
At school
She plays the good little girl
But in her head
She longs to twist and twirl
A child at heart
Yearns to have fun
Instead of cold, dark, nothingness
She craves the embracing rays of the sun
But life lessons have taught
That one can't always play
Sooner or later
One will have to pay
So she keeps a clean image
Although, that can take all her might
But the next chance she gets
She'll tell the world, as she writes.
