Unnamed love (turning to lust) By aldo kraas, www.PoetryPoem.com/poet11586 Unlock all Features - Upgrade to Poetry Prime
Empty whiskey bottles
That stale sex scent
Overflown ashtray
Shows signs of a long night
Unmade bed
Unmanned love
Taken over by lust
Tall tales of a hollow feeling
Light drizzle of rain
Slow fog front coming
Overcast with black skies
Weary of what it may bring
Dreary dreams
Of steam clouds
Overtaking the forsaking
Winds of bygone relationships
Swallow broken speech
Life force drained by another leech
Teach me of the weeping willows
And that lonesome river shaking my ship
Waking up to nothing
Thinking of the jungle
Haven't said a word worth hearing
As the endearing feeling faded back away
Looking through the same old eyes
And thinking with this rusted away brain
Bleeding with a unknown thought creeping
Walls come in closer, my mind grows weaker
Losing control
Lost on patrol
My heart is still on parole
Process of ridiculous protest
Eliminate the gate
That keeps me from you
The taboo of true feeling
Forgotten art of speaking freely
Overcoming my own heads obstacles
Wishing and wanting for a new way
A day of complete contentment
Finally free of people's soundless schemes
