his dear Kate did love the ocean dearly
climbing cliffs, and dying nearly
flashing a grin
as the current swept in
dear Kate just was not thinking clearly
as her body drape so weary
above rocks and water, dreary
he lost his grip
and let her slip
into the ocean, with eyes teary
the sea made him grow quite indignant
getting sick, and losing his pigment
inside of his hate
he saw his dear Kate
but alas, it was merely a figment
until the rain shall drop in pouring
waters raging up and roaring
he shall wait
for his dear Kate
to reappear while the sky's storming
