Could I live without a rainbow?

Might there be a special place beyond a rainbow?

Where heartaches can be healed and love renewed?

Where Dorothy might fly, to find that special guy,

And Toto get a lady-love or two.

I jest, yet maybe there's nowhere over the rainbow,

But I'd like to think there is, just for the sake of love,

Love is all about rainbows, the girl, the boy,

Who couldn't possibly be in love with you but is.

Now there's a dream to saviour don't you think?

And don't we all need a good dream from time to time?

It makes the world go round and methinks a better place,

Could I live without a rainbow? No, I don't think I could.
