The Fortitude and Strength of T.S. My Brother and Friend

There was a place years ago that took the world of the news by storm.
It was Vietnam and the fighting going on at the time.
At a young age this great man, T.S. volunteered to go serve his country in a peace keeping effort.
What would lurk behind the trees or the rice patties but the enemy.
He found himself immersed with this turmoil and destruction.
He valiantly fought over there to help the South Vietnam people.
He is a survivor as he says though to me he is a hero.
The fortitude and strength goes beyond anything one could attribute one having.
I am most proud of this young man and though he  is older he still fights an ongoing war of the nightmares that has plagued him.
His dear wife, E.S. stands with her husband through his time and reassures him it is all over.
What a precious couple these two people are and how blessed of God they are.
I am most thankful for the privilege of having come to know them.
They are family to me today and we are at harmony with th eother.
