its more or less like an year and half,
since the last time that we'd talked,
and you say that you don't remember,
anything about that lovely December,
so baby ,I'm gonna give it a try,
even if you say that you never lied,
its all etched in the back of my mind,
I'm just waiting for that love to rewind...
just hold onto that piece of light and don't be sad,
cause I promise I'll make up for everything that ever felt bad,
and I want you to be mine like you never were before,
cause I had you back then and i never asked for anything more,
but now you say that people change and so did you,
I keep crying oceans and you're out collecting dew,
ashes to burn, pictures to delete and memories to blow,
I'll make slits and let this ink flow,
I hope you'll come back to me in the end,
and we'll hold hands and look down the bends,
all those dark nights with scary dreams,
when you'd dumped your head in the pillow and screamed,
those rivers of tears and rebounding fears,
will fade away the moment you'll hear,
how much i missed you every night,
cause I'm the lost traveller and you're the light.
