I am my own glue By aldo kraas, www.PoetryPoem.com/poet11586 Unlock all Features - Upgrade to Poetry Prime
Picking up the pieces of my heart from the floor of which it fell,
But no longer do I wish for another being to be my glue,
I have found my own glue,
Stronger than any other in the world,
So I patch up these pieces on my own,
And that's just fine,
In fact that is right,
The way I should have done things from the start,
Picking MYSELF up off of this floor,
Relying on others nevermore.
