Out in the woods
under an ancient cypress tree
there is a grave, only known to me
It's marked by a weathered lodestone inscribed L.F. 1863
Since I stumbled across it
I often go back and visit
It seemed so damn sad and lonely lying there forgotten for an eternity
I don't know who's down there
I only know we keep each other company
