Find your origin of your strength,
In the kindness of Jesus Christ;
To persevere at any length,
To resist from being enticed.
You heard my message loud and clear,
And confirmed by many others;
Of you having nothing to fear,
While you are with your brothers.
A good soldier of Jesus Christ,
As part of the army of one;
Proclaiming you are sacrificed,
Through the commandments of the Son.
Suffer hardship like a trooper,
Remembering your discipline;
So you are able to conquer,
The immorality of sin.
Do not mix business with pleasure.
It will not please your commander;
Neither will hoarding a treasure,
Which shows greed if you meander.
A good farmer should have first share,
Of any crops that he would reap;
Then he can thank the Lord in prayer,
Of the goodness that he can keep.
Do you understand what I say?
For the Lord helps you understand;
As long as you trust and obey,
Of each and every command.
So always think about the Lord,
The suffering in going through;
Show that He is loved and adored,
And what He truly means to you.
If we have truly died with Him,
Then He will be living within;
If we endure we will not dim,
The light that will block any sin.
