I know who my life belongs to
I know what Colour eyes I love
Your nothing I will never need
I'd rather live underwater alone than
Without the same air we breathe together
You can't control a star
It's the love that gets us so far
And I can't ever do anything alone
Can you tell how much a heart loves
Just by the sound of it's tone
Des it feel too cold tonight
To hold you closer than I might
Normally find the level of comfort
That your around forever and always
Behind each closed door
I feel you can hear thenext
Morning breaking gently tofree
Evenmore love flowing in silently
You can't control a star
It's the love that gets us so far
And I can't ever do anything alone
Can you tell how much a heart loves
Just by the sound of it's tone
Its a bridge we built between our two lands
Now the continents have come to merge
And you can't control a star
It was born long before we were
In the minds of our parents
An idea just written in a classroombook
But we grew from the love of others
And our gift is finding one another
I'd rather live underwater alone than
Without the same air we breathe together
I'd rather live underwater alone than
Without the same air we breathe together
