I am here
You are there
But all of this
Just isn't fair
Life is so cruel
Why can't I see you?
It's like the darkness of the night
Won't let me see through
One day I'll see you
Both in the same place
Standing right next to you
Face to face
And that's when I'll smile
A real smile for you
And maybe I will offer you
Something else too
You and I
Are just the same
But I'm a different version
And I'm so lame
All I do is imagine
What it's like to say your name
I can't say this precious word
Without putting myself to shame
We do the same things
That's such a rare thing
I look into the sky
And thank God for this queen
Sometimes I feel unworthy
To have met someone like you
But I feel like you are someone
That I already knew
I see you as someone
Who I simply cannot touch
But let me tell you one thing
I love you very much
