No,
You don't give me butterflies,
You damn sure don't make me bubbly,
But you make me feel something,
I can't pinpoint it exactly,
Though it burns,
In a different way,
From my heart to my fingertips,
From head to toe,
It's a deeper sensation,
More so a sign than anything,
This isn't like any cheesy movie,
Washed out cliché,
Or an over used storyline,
It's so much more than that,
And I don't want to lose it,
I did once and going through that a second time,
Isn't something I want to do,
The feeling of standing on the edge,
Exhilaration of the challenge to stay in balance,
Whether to step back or fall forward,
Instead of assuming I'll fall and get hurt,
I can now think of all the possibilities,
It's crazy to imagine,
All one person's done by just existing,
And to think,
I ruined it and how badly I want it back,
Yeah you drive me up a wall,
Although that's completely okay,
It's what makes it fun.
