My heart feels worse than a tsunami aftermath.
Life has ripped it in shreds and so have some of the people that passed through my path.
I wish I could spend so much more time with the people that are no longer here.
And push away those hurting me that are near.
Noone has came into my life and left only joy,
Everyone simply walks my way and the small hope I have they destroy.
I don't know how truths and promises turn to lies,
Because I'm always honest even when noone else tries.
There's so much sadness in my heart,
Every lie is like a continuous shooting dart.
I just wish I had someone by my side,
To make life less bumpy and more of a glide.
Someone to turn to when I'm sad,
Someone who will hear me out even when I'm mad.
Someone to hold me tight,
To tell me everything will be okay and take away all fright.
Someone who will hold my hand and walk through life with me,
Someone who will never leave and with me always be.
Someone who will always be honest and never lie,
And truly to make me happy try.
Life would be so much more comforting...
