Big Brother

You frighten me, Big Brother
But do you really care
How bad things are for us these days
As you are well aware?

You seek to take our guns away
And monitor free speech
Then force your will upon us by
Judicial overreach.

You ask us to play ostrich
With our heads stuck in the sand
While you insist on calling bad
Most good things in this land.

Therefore, we cannot trust you
Because of what you do
And no doubt, were you in our shoes
You'd feel the same way too!
