Words left unspoken, lost somewhere in time
Entrenched and blinded by loves design
Being held captive by emptiness abound
In an endless sea of shadows
That now shall forever hide my soul from this world
Dissipating into nothingness
Consuming me in misery in their silence
Burning to ashes in the back of my throat and
Delving into the blackness of my deepest thoughts
Unbearable regrets are now my everyday companion
Inner madness numbing me to the core
I open my mouth and spew my truths
For the wicked world shall be my eternal judge
Time has passed, the deed undone
The notion of deception runs cold in my blood
The voice in my head on repeat
Reminding me only of what I already know
To be the bitter truth
If only I had said something
