Your parents say they'll accept you no matter what happens..
Your friends say they won't change the way they look at you..
Your mind says, "Just tell them it'll be okay don't worry" ..
You tell them tell them only part to see how they'll react..
You sit there while they stare at you like you've broken a law..
You feel your eyes well up with tears and you just sit there crying..
Your parents promised they would love you no matter what..
Your friends said they wouldn't change the way they looked at you..
Your mind said it would be okay to tell your parents and your friends
I say it's okay if they don't accept you because I will accept you no matter what
I say I'll always be your friend and never change the way I look at you
I say listen to your mind and tell me because I'll be here always..
I guarantee that you will find someone who loves and accepts you
I guarantee that you will be okay maybe not today but you will one day
I guarantee that if you aren't you then you're hindering yourself from happines.
