In all my life I never thought that I would be sea-sick
I have not thrown up, my stomach is not summer saluting
But oh! How my eyes would love to see a shore ahead!
For stranded in the sea is not very fun!
Oh! I cannot run around when the ship is moving!
Man! I can't play for we may fall into water!
Darn! I cannot chat with anyone for I might distract the captain!
Yikes! I must not get in the water, for sharks may be near!
And as I see the blue carpet unfold
The only thing I can see is the horizon
And no land lays near!
But oh! Can this get any worse?
I cannot eat, for I may spill
I can't use for what can I do without internet?
I am tired of watching the same shades of blue!
All I can do is read...
But no! I already finished my book!
Playing chess is impossible when pieces move at will!
Playing I spy is to easy to guess what it is!
The fishing rods lay all quite still
Lay down to get a tan? I already did that!
The only thing I could possibly think of doing is crave!
And that is not a healthy option!
So instead I wrote this and put it in a bottle
In the hopes that someone will find it
And save me! Because now I can do nothing!
