World's apart, yet one thing we share.
One strand of luck and into your eyes now I stare.
(echoes) "I'm doing it to myself".
I stared deep into those crystal blue caves,
now I'm frozen in the dark.
I'm in the dark...
But did I start a spark dear?
(whispers) But did I start a spark...
(echoes) "But there's a poison within".
A spark is all I need.
A spark that I might see...
(echoes) "I'm my own worst enemy..."
But are you here with me? -Is it all in my head...
Are you strong, or are you here with me?
Once a fountain of inspiration,
now a desert of desperation.
But is it still a mystery?
Can you see me,
or is it all a mystery?
(echoes) "I'll keep my eyes closed..."
Cause I'm afraid to see.
See that you're not here with me.
But yet I open them and see...
(echoes) "I'm doing it to myself".
Lets forget the fallen stars,
and counterfeit paper hearts.
We can start a spark,
let the flameserase the scars.
Let it be what it was meant to be,
we'll pretend its still a mystery.
But yet I'm still searching,
are you here with me?
