I haven't left the walls tonight
I heaven't seen the stars and moonlight
But I imagine what it must be like
If I see it with my own two eyes.
I couldn't breathe the cold, cold air
It messed with me, got all in my hair
Now people talk about the sweet smell
that it carries through the city square.
I would die to feel the rain again
The chilling raindrops falling everywhere
I'd die to soak up in it's shower
But I'm bound here every single hour.
I heaven't left these walls at all
They are short and long as I am tall
Cavernous emptiness inside lies still
And I can never ever get any thrill.
But who can save me from such demise
When everyone's with less virtues than vice
Just stay away like I never learned to do
As to not get trapped inside here too.
It's not all lonely, it get's fun sometime
Of course it's sad but I learned to say I'm fine
Rejoice the outside with its moon and sun
If the walls apear, you get out and run.
Run as far as your feet will go
Feel the sunshine, feel the falling snow
Don't stop to pear into the windows of such room
There's nothing inside but an impending doom.
I should know, I am stuck in one
Some say it's better, but I feel like I'm gone
I used to feel the soft breeze all the time
But know these four walls are only and just mine.
