One of My Delights Are Pumpkin Pies

When growing up there were several things I really enjoyed.
Pumpkin pies were some of these.
I was able to see Mom preparing the pies and smell them from the oven.
We were adapted to enjoy the holidays that came and went.
One of the things that was assured were the pies.
Jesus, in His wisdom, knew to create the pumpkins for us to enjoy.
I have all praise and thankfulness for Jesus giving us what He has.
As a child I was able to smell the pies as I would be outside playing.
I couldn't wait to get to taste the first bite of the pies.
I praise God for the many blessings He provided us.
Christmas time was a great time of year for us to celebrate.
Really learned at a young age Santa Claus was made up in someone's mind.
I cried learning the truth but am so thankful I did.
Christmas and the pies go together well as far as I am able to see.
There is joy and happiness with the two things for it is from the Lord.
Give praise to God for the things that are and will be with time.
