Dream-catchers By aldo kraas, www.PoetryPoem.com/poet11586 Unlock all Features - Upgrade to Poetry Prime
Dreams of you
caught in seductive, silken webs,
exquisite in the moonlight;
uncombed ripples on wanderlust tides.
Fragile feathers on see-saw winds
ebb and flow
twixt ecstasy and despair
Caught and cradled visions
of ancient poetic spirits
wistfully woven in mystical hues
of sun, moon and heaven in unison
a total eclipse from all reality
of wakefulness.
Devout dream-catchers keep you
for ever bound in celestial rings
of love, peace and divinity whilst I,
sigh in the sadness of solitude
too much in awe of the sun and moon
afraid of Heaven,
not daring to reach out and knowing
that you are stolen from me.
