There once was a little boy teetering close to the abyss
Luckily he knew that if he were to fall he would never be missed
He heard tantalizing sounds reverbrating from the depths
And he longed for one accidental misstep
But when none came he took it upon none other than him
And he was reassured that if he was incapable of anything else that he could at least step off the rim
And with one final push and one more step
And soon the boy's cries were all that were left
