give me a place to sit...
by a stream,
by a lake,
somewhere near the sea.
give me a place to sit...
a comfy chair,
a wall of stone,
a place deep within the trees.
give me a place to sit...
in the rain,
or in the snow,
a cloudy day,
a star filled night,
it's all the same to me.
just give me a place to sit...
a pen..
some scraps of paper,
and I shall sit reposed.
