Keeping it a secret?
It's not like there's much to say
The reason I'm here, talking like this
Is to prove there's not much to it anyway
I am the number one, loner
I am a sheet of white paper
I am a club - a clover; overlooked, untouched
But content, sencillo, whatever
The point that I'm making
Is that I'm separate, but that's good
Let me be a blank slate
A smooth board of chestnut wood
And let the others not understand
And I won't take it personally
That they can't appreciate my simple garden
Next to their flourishing roses and tulips and pansies
It's not that I've failed to create,
Or to grow something beautiful
It's just that I've always yearned for simplicity
I don't mind if others find it dull
Because it's my garden, buzz off
What's it got to do with you?
The reason I'm finally saying this
Is to get pests like you to "shoo".
