He watched as his dreams slowly washed away to sea
his words were permanent, like blue ink spilled across the page
His face reading beauty and perfection but really he was a monster
Looking at him gives me butterflies
The thought of him makes me cringe
and every time i close my eyes i get that feeling
The feeling of utter hatred boiling in my heart
Trying to fill the void you may lose yourself
depression, the saddest most pitiful emotion in life
my body is my cage while my heart is my sky
I closed my eyes and tried to let all of the pain go but it didn't help
Love within,not without
And i will love myself despite the ease with which i lean toward the opposite
