There is far too much life to surrender to living By aldo kraas, www.PoetryPoem.com/poet11586 Unlock all Features - Upgrade to Poetry Prime
I fall for moments, more than I'll ever fall for any human
twilight, on the beach, kissing, listening to that album,
is far morebeautiful, than the person who has their lips locked with mine
I fall for experiences, more than I'll ever fall for any man,
rooftop bar, city at our finger-tips, something out of a corny rom-commovie
I do no care about what you have to say, the night is far more conversational
I fall for people, more than I'll ever fall for a person
who are you on the street corner, with a face as wise at time itself?
I'm more interested in your story, than what the person I'm with has to say
I fall for feelings, more than I can fall for emotions
I want to feel love, feel pain, feel everything, but I can never commit to these emotions
there is far too much life I need to witness, before I can surrender to living.
