Language of Enchantment

Born Again

I can tell you feel delirious!
Like a load's rolled off your chest!
Like your heart's received a jump start
And you're feeling wildly blessed!!

The world is somehow different...
But the difference is within...
You've repented from your way of life
And you have been born again!!

Yes, the sun somehow beams stronger...
The stars blink brighter, too...
But that's because you've seen the Light
And this Light now shines in you!

You were somewhat like a light bulb
That had never been turned on...
O, but when the Spirit pulled the switch
Your watts were blinding strong!

Your role in life has been reversed
You know that Jesus is the Life
Yes, He is the Way... He is the Truth...
It all begins and ends in Christ.

He is the Alpha and Omega!
He's the Beginning and the End!
The Most High and Holy Father!
Yet He is each believer's friend!

O, I understand your jubilation...
For He's forgiven every sin!
I know the peace and joy you're feeling...
Because I, too, am born again!!!
